I have three boys, all with red hair, all with names that start with B and they all have birthdays coming up in the next couple of months.
My middle B is (the one with the glasses) is turning 7 this month! Which means I’ve got to find some birthday gifts. Wasn’t it just Christmas?! Yes it was.
Figuring out what to buy people stresses me out. I never know what to buy! I decided to really do some research on gifts, ask around, and then share with all of you.
7 year Old Boy Gift Guide
Emily actually recommended this to me. Her oldest son (8) loved them! She said the animals pop out when you roll the poke balls. My almost 7 year old is obsessed with Pokemon, Pikachu and all the other characters I can’t pronounce! I can’t wait to see his face when he opens these.
This set I’ve linked for you includes books 1-5. You guys my boys laugh their heads off at these books. The Captain Underpants Books are just the funniest chapter books ever. They are full of funny pictures, a villain named Professor Poopy Pants, Talking Toilets and well now you can see why boys love them so much! I actually credit these books to creating the love for reading in my oldest soon (8).
We already own this game but it has to be shared! It’s one of my boys most favorite games ever. We purchased another version too that let’s two people compete and we didn’t like it as much at the original. So I definitely recommend the original! Make sure to buy a can of whip cream too because you’ll need that to play the game.
My Boys love these clocks. They love to check the time at night when they are sleeping. They like to set their alarm and they actually wake up to it in the morning. Plus they look cool too! If you push down on the heads it lights up the clock and also snoozes the alarm. These are must haves for our boys!
This is the gift that keeps on giving. I bought these for my Oldest when he was 5 and all of my boys (and husband) play with them. They are always out on a table, the floor, or the counter because somebody is always building with them. I’m always blown away by the stuff they come up. I love that they are magnetic and easy to build with. I think you could give these as a gift to a 3 year old all the way up to an 8 year old.
This has been on my to buy list for a while. Our family is really into games! We play them almost daily. In fact today my boys even drew and made their own game boards. We love all types of games and this one is awesome! Do any of you remember this? Basically it has a little timer that you twist and you have to see how many of the little shapes you can get in before the time is up. It’s so fun!
7. Spy Gear
My boys love all spy related gear. These light up glasses are amazing! My boys even wear these to bed to read with! Any boy who loves to use his imagination with absolutely love these.
