We all know everything is better with Confetti and Sprinkles! Even BAGELS! Don’t worry these Confetti Bagels are not piled with sugary sprinkles and paper confetti. The confetti is made from Veggies and fruit…MIND BLOWN right? : )
What a fun idea for a birthday breakfast, party, brunch, or any other occasion where confetti is necessary!
Here’s how you make them:
Plain Bagel with Cream Cheese and Veggie Confetti
-Veggies sliced paper thin (carrots, green onions, leafy vegetables, cabbage all work well)
-Plain bagel or bagel of your choice
-Cream cheese of your choice
Blueberry Bagel with Blueberry Cream Cheese and Fruit Confetti
-Fruits sliced thin (fruits with skins are the best: apples, lemons, limes, oranges, all work well)
-Blueberry bagel or bagel of your choice
-Blueberry cream cheese or your favorite cream cheese
1. Slice your fruit or veggies super super thin. This is the tricky part. Your fruit/veggies need to be thin enough to fit through your paper hole punch.
2. Use your hole punch to punch out confetti using the fruit/veggies.
3. Sprinkle it on top of cream cheese and enjoy!
