These fudgy brownies are SO good! I’ve always been a Ghiradelli box brownie girl. These are just as good if not better and they use ingredients most of us always have on hand.
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips (white, semisweet or milk chocolate)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (or 175 C). Grease 9×13 baking dish.
Combine the melted butter, sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl. Add in eggs one at a time, mixing after each until thoroughly blended.
Mix the flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a bowl. Gradually stir flour mixture into the egg mixture. Add in your chocolate chips of choice. Spread batter evenly in pan.
Bake 35-40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
For all you Peanut butter loves out there drizzle some PB (we prefer Crazy Richard’s Natural PB) all over the top! Be sure to have a glass of milk close by because these are chocolatey, delicious, and perfectly rich!
